Products Sdn Bhd (BAP) was incorporated on
8th September 1987 for the manufacture and
sales of natural fermented vinegar with a paid-up
capital of RM 250,000. The plant commenced production
in November 1989. The monthly production capacity
stands at 100,000 liters per month. The facilities
are utilizing the Acetator®, Alkograph and
Stream Filtering Technology by Heinrich Frings
is a liquid condiment or food flavoring used
to give a sharp or sour taste to foods. BAP’s
vinegar is made from natural solutions containing
fermentable sugars. Most countries distinguish
between fermentation vinegars and synthetic vinegars.
Mediterranean countries usually permit only fermentation
vinegars as foods. In the food industry, natural
vinegar is used as an enhancer for controlling
sourness in sauces and as a preservative. The
company prides itself by producing 100% natural
vinegar that is safe for regular consumption.

The certification for BAP was upgraded to MS ISO 9001:2015 in June 2017 by SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd.
ISO 22000: 2005
BAP was awarded with ISO 22000:2005 in July 2017 by DNV GL
was awarded the HALAL certification for the
vinegar product in October 1998 by the Islamic
Development Department of Malaysia (JAKIM)
